When is the online shop restocked

There is no fixed schedule. Instead, I announce every shop update on my Instagram. Restocks usually happen in batches, and items tend to sell out quickly. If you want the best chance of purchasing something, I highly recommend following me on Instagram.

This is unfortunately out of my control — it’s how the Squarespace e-commerce system works. I apologize for any inconvenience if you weren’t able to complete your purchase. My best advice is to be prepared and act quickly, as items usually sell out within minutes.

Why did an item sell out while it was in my cart?

Yes! If timing allows. It’s best to send an email and ask, but please avoid trying to schedule a visit too far in advance — my schedule is already quite full. This helps me manage my time better and ensure I can welcome you properly.

Do you accept custom orders (commissions)?

Feel free to reach out and ask. I don’t create anything outside my regular collection — meaning no names on ceramics or custom color requests — but if it’s something that can be made within my style or sounds like an interesting project, I’d be happy to consider it.
