Shipping

Domestic orders may take up to 20 business days (or longer, depending on circumstances).

If you prefer to collect your order from the studio, please get in touch to arrange this. Shipping costs can be refunded once collection has been confirmed.

I always do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, at times — due to events, time constraints, or a high volume of orders — it may take a few days before parcels are shipped. I kindly ask for your patience; the business is run almost entirely by me, with occasional help. I am not a large company with a team — every order is packed, labeled, and shipped by me personally. If there are any delays for any reason, I will contact you.

Once an item leaves my studio for international shipping, it falls under the responsibility of the postal service and the customs authorities of the destination country. If an item is lost, please contact both me and the postal service. I will always do my best to assist, but occasionally parcels may be lost. In such cases, a refund or replacement shipment will be arranged. These situations are very rare and handled on a case-by-case basis.

If incorrect shipping details are provided and this is discovered after the parcel has already been shipped, the responsibility for any loss lies with the customer. In some cases, an incorrect address may be corrected and I will do my best to help, but if the parcel is lost, I cannot offer a refund.

Additionally, if an order is intentionally shipped to a colleague, friend, or relative in order to be forwarded to you, and the parcel is lost or damaged during this second shipment — in which I am not involved — I cannot take responsibility and no refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if I have mistakenly sent the wrong item (I’m human — mistakes can happen). If this occurs, please contact me and I will correct the order.

If the ceramics have been used, I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to their crackle texture.

If your parcel has not arrived within one week of shipping, please contact me immediately so I can try to locate it. After 10 days, the chances of resolving the issue are very limited.

Full refunds are not offered (partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis) if you contact me more than one month after shipping, as there is practically nothing I can do at that point. Courier companies typically do not refund shipping or insurance costs after one month.

Caring for Pots

Crackle-glazed pieces naturally develop staining over time. My work is high-fired stoneware with a high iron content, which can make it more sensitive to minor knocks compared to mass-produced ceramics. While the pieces are made to be used daily, they are handmade and require a bit more care.

Please handle your ceramics with care, hand-wash them whenever possible, and avoid strongly staining foods or liquids. It helps to wash them immediately after use and not leave liquids inside overnight. For the same reason, I would not recommend using a microwave or dishwasher. While they can be used, it is preferable to avoid them. Hand-washing is always the best option.

Some pieces may vary slightly from the photos when multiple items are available — all pieces are handmade, so small variations are to be expected. For items without a quantity selection, the piece shown is exactly the one you will receive.

Shop Updates

My online shop is usually restocked in larger batches from time to time. There is no fixed schedule, and announcements about upcoming shop updates are shared via Instagram. If you’d like a more specific answer, feel free to get in touch.

I also sell ceramics directly from my studio by appointment. However, I can’t guarantee that items will be available, as pieces are often reserved for future restocks or exhibitions.
